While Evoove provides tools to support compliance, users (businesses, workers, and employment professionals) remain solely responsible for meeting their own legal obligations. Evoove disclaims liability for misclassification, wage disputes, or regulatory violations by third parties.

2. Eligibility

By using our website or requesting services, you confirm that:
