World Bridge Assist (“we,” “our,” or “us”) connects U.S.-based businesses (“Clients”) with vetted offshore professionals (“Talent”) through managed staffing and outsourcing services. In certain jurisdictions, World Bridge Assist may operate through third-party staffing partners or subcontractors.

While Evoove provides tools to support compliance, users (businesses, workers, and employment professionals) remain solely responsible for meeting their own legal obligations. Evoove disclaims liability for misclassification, wage disputes, or regulatory violations by third parties.

2. Eligibility

By using our website or requesting services, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into a binding agreement.
All information provided is accurate, truthful, and not misleading.
You will not use our services for illegal, exploitative, or discriminatory activity.

3. No Guarantee of Employment or Service Approval

Submitting a form or inquiry does not guarantee hiring, employment, or placement. World Bridge Assist reserves the right to approve, deny, or discontinue service at its discretion.

4. Anti-Discrimination Compliance (EEOC / Civil Rights Act)

All hiring facilitated through World Bridge Assist must comply with U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) laws. Clients may not request or enforce any hiring bias based on race, gender, age, nationality, religion, disability, or other protected status.

5. Background Screening & Verification (FCRA Notice)

If background checks or credential verification are conducted, they will comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Any adverse decisions based on screening data must follow FCRA-required notification standards.

6. Communications & Consent (Marketing Use Only)

By submitting your information, you consent to receive promotional emails or SMS marketing messages related to World Bridge Assist services.

Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out by replying “STOP” to any SMS or emailing [email protected].

We do not send transactional alerts via SMS unless separately agreed upon.

7. Payments & Billing (For Clients)

Fees for staffing services, retainers, or subscriptions are outlined in individual agreements or proposals. Unless otherwise specified in writing:

All payments are non-refundable.
Late or missed payments may result in service suspension or termination.

8. Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, branding, media, and digital materials on this website are the exclusive property of World Bridge Assist. You may not replicate, publish, or distribute any content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

World Bridge Assist shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, business interruption, or staffing performance issues.

10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Sacramento County, CA, in accordance with AAA (American Arbitration Association) rules.

11. Termination Rights

World Bridge Assist reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any party for violation of these Terms, unlawful conduct, or non-payment.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
